Space Garage

Terms of Use

Effective September 24, 2026.

These are the rules for using Space Garage Platform. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Who this agreement is between

"We" and "us" means the people who run Space Garage Platform. "You" means the person using it.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself: you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us right away.

This is an early version

Space Garage Platform is in early access, by invitation. Parts of it will change, some things will break, and a feature you like may be removed. We work hard not to lose anything you put in, but this is not yet the place for the only copy of something you cannot afford to lose. Keep your own copy of anything important.

What you put in is yours

You own your lists, notes, files and everything else you add. You give us permission to store it, process it and display it only as needed to run the service for you. That includes showing it to the people you choose to share with, and sending the necessary parts to our AI model provider when you ask the assistant to do something. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from the short periods described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you add. Only add things you have the right to add.

Other people

When you add someone's name or contact details, or invite them, you are telling us you have a good reason to share that information. An invitation sends that person an email on your behalf, with your name on it. What you share with someone stays visible to them until you stop sharing or remove them.

The assistant

The assistant uses AI. It can be wrong, out of date, or miss something that matters. Check its work before you rely on it, especially for anything involving money, health, safety or legal matters. It does not give professional advice, and the choices stay yours.

House rules

Please do not:

If you break these rules we may remove content, or pause or close your account.

Services you connect

You may be able to connect other services, such as Google, your own AI provider, or an outside AI app. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect them at any time.

Price

Space Garage Platform is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price clearly beforehand. You will never be charged unless you have agreed to it.

Ending things

You can stop using Space Garage Platform at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and delete your information by writing to greetings@spacegarage.tech. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or when the law requires it. Where the law allows, we will still give you a copy of your content. We may also shut down the early access program. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get a copy of your content, unless the law or an emergency prevents it.

What is ours

The product itself (the software, the design, the name and the logo) belongs to us. These terms let you use it; they do not hand any of it over. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

No guarantees

We provide Space Garage Platform "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that the assistant's results will be accurate, or that your content will never be lost.

Limit on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for fraud, deliberate harm or gross carelessness. Some places do not allow some of these limits, and nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law where you live says cannot be taken away.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there. If you are a consumer living somewhere else, you keep any protections your local law says you cannot give up. Either of us may instead use the small claims court where you live. Before going to court, please write to us first; most problems can be sorted out in a conversation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the product at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the product after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can close your account.

The rest

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If a court finds part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer this agreement to someone else. We may transfer it as part of a sale or merger of the company.
